Employees were affable and welcoming. There was a good restaurant on the way.

It had an incredible setting very close to the train station and tram stops. I liked all the staff, they were polite.

Incredible and amazing location short walk to big supermarket for grocery shopping, the town centre and the restaurant, and the room was huge. Overall the staff was very polite and welcoming here. The bed was too soft, nonetheless I loved the place. The bathroom was large here.

The location of the hotel is ideal, as it is close to the city center and the central station, making it convenient for travelers to explore the city. it only takes 20 minutes to reach the city center, allowing guests to easily access various attractions and amenities. the hotel also offers spacious rooms with beautiful views from the 38th floor, providing guests with a memorable experience.

Despite the convenient location and stunning views, there have been some negative experiences reported by guests, such as faulty door locks and a lack of assistance from the reception at night. This can be concerning for travelers, especially when it comes to safety and security issues.

We had huge and reasonably large room with a bar instead of a minibar. Thanks to very polite and welcoming staff who made our stay a wonderful experience.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Penthouse At The Hague Tower. The location was extremely convenient, being close to Buitenmuseum, Delft, Rotterdam, Leiden.

Aircon was great, city view stunning. Spacious studio with awesome shower. Kitchen had everything you need.
